- Rates quoted are only valid for reservations made at least 48 hours in advance and subject to room availability.
- A 5% administration fee shall be imposed on any cancellation made before the 72 hours notice. Thereafter, a Cancellation Reference Number/Code will be emailed to you as an acknowledgment of your cancellation in order to avoid any unintended disputes or misunderstanding in the future.
- Extension of stay shall be based on the apartment’s prevailing rates at the point of reservation
- Extra bed is available at RM40.00++ per bed per person per night
- Packed breakfast is available at RM5.00++ per person per day
