Tokojaya Sdn. Bhd is a construction based company incorporated on 13th December 1985. Besides construction related projects, today, Tokojaya is a successfully diversified group with core businesses in Property Development, Property Management Services and Hospitality.

It was in 1994 the group branched out into hospitality with Promenade Hotel Apartments as its first venture with 120 studio apartments. This milestone achievement infused a dose of confidence for the group to embark further into the booming hospitality industry.

Hence, in 1997 Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu - a 4-star Business Class City Hotel with 451 rooms and suites was officially launched followed by Marina Court Resort Condominium in Year 2000 with 95 units. This Condotel, which consists of 3-bedroom condominium units, is adjacent Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu.

Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu's excellent track records have led to its appointment as the official operator to manage Promenade Hotel Tawau - the premier 4-star Business Class Hotel with 180 rooms and suites in the district of Tawau, Sabah.

Plans are in the pipeline for the group to explore and endeavour into managing a resort in the near future.
