SENIOR DEPARTMENT

Executive Assistant Manager

  • Acting as a deputy General Manager for our new property to be opened soon.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Self-driven and possess high degree of initiative as well as result oriented.
  • Poses strong leadership skills, interpersonal and relations skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia with conversational Mandarin and other Chinese dialects as an advantage.
  • Successful candidates would be based in Kota Kinabalu for familiarization before posting to a new property.

Executive Chef

  • Candidate must be able to command & communicate in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possessed working experience as an Executive Chef at an international and well-established Hotel.
  • Result oriented with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good kitchen and managerial as well as staffing skills is an added advantage.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and culinary skills as well as marketing skills for local and international cuisines.
  • Must be able to implement menu planning, food costing, budget & manpower planning.

Executive Housekeeper

  • Possessed working experience as an Executive Housekeeper at an international and well-established Hotel.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be able to execute administrative and human resource management of the department.
  • Poses strong leadership skills with ability to plan.

FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT

Chief Receptionist

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
  • Leadership skills – able to lead a team of people to achieve objective.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Must be confident, presentable and pleasant personality.
  • Speak fluent English; spoken foreign language is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar field or position.

Guest Service Officer

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Must be confident, presentable, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Spoken foreign language is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Concierge Assistant

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Confident, presentable, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate well in English and spoken foreign language is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.

Receptionist

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Must be confident, presentable, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Spoken foreign language is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Telephone Operator

  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Must be confident, presentable, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn

LEISURE CENTRE DEPARTMENT

Recreation Executive

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Has at least 2 years working experience in a gymnasium / health centre with knowledge of the gym equipments.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Have good administrative and leadership skill.
  • Able to manage the operations of the Leisure Centre.
  • Must be able to swim.

Pool Attendant

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
  • Able to converse in English.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Has working experience in a gymnasium.
  • Must be able to swim.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

Seamstress

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Possess certificate / diploma relevant to the position.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • 1 to 2 years seamstress experience.
  • Able to work independence and prepare costume for special events e.g. Halloween and Christmas.

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARMENT

Outlet Manager

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Able to plan, organize and implement all concepts to ensure top quality day-to-day operations.
  • Result oriented as well as able to lead the overall outlet.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Outlet Supervisor

  • Pleasant disposition with strong integrity and leadership skills
  • Creative and innovative in both preparation and presentation
  • Must have pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Dynamic and result oriented.
  • Able to plan, organize and implemented all approved concepts to ensure top quality day-to-day operations

Captain

  • Pleasant disposition with strong integrity
  • Must have pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years in supervisory capacity in a Food & Beverage Outlet
  • Dynamic and result oriented.

Hostess (Coffee House and Chinese Restaurant)

  • Must have pleasant personality with good communication skills in attending to guests' enquiries.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Waiter / Waitress / Service Assistant / Order Taker

  • Pleasant disposition with strong integrity
  • Dynamic and result oriented.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Bartender

  • Preferably with experience in bar tendering
  • Must have pleasant personality with good communication skills in attending to guests' enquiries

Assistant Dim Sum Chef or Sous Chef

  • Innovative in both food preparation and presentation.
  • Able to supervise the overall food quality and preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Highly skilled in preparing Dim Sum dishes.

Chef De Partie (Chinese Kitchen)

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma relevant to the position.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a 4 star international hotel.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar position.
  • Able to prepare a la cart menu independently.
  • To assist Sous Chef on the food preparation and presentation, control on food quality and hygiene.

1st Cook, Commis 2, Commis 3 and Kitchen Helper

  • Have prior experience in Kitchen setting.
  • Innovative in both food preparation and presentation.
  • Able to maintain the overall food quality and preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Marketing field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing department.
  • Excellent leadership skill, able to lead the sales team.
  • Possess valid driving license.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Position to be based in Tawau.

Sales Manager

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Marketing field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales department.
  • Possess valid driving license.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Position to be based in Tawau.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Handyman

  • Minimum SPM or Certificate / Diploma in Engineering.
  • Possess 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar field.
  • Knowledgeable of overall Engineering work.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Trainee Corporate Planner

  • Possess a first class Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration.
  • Having interest in marketing, management & administrative policy formulation with ultimate interest to be a corporate planner.
  • Able to work professionally with all level of staff and within a team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English, Malay & Mandarin.

Trainee Human Resources

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Dynamic with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work professionally with all level of staff and within a team.

Management Trainees

  • Degree holders (in Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / Finance / Human Resource Management) who wish to establish and develop a career in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and able to work on shifts
