- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage outlet (e.g. Café/Lounge/Pub)
- Able to plan, organize and implement all concepts to ensure top quality day-to-day operation.
- Result oriented as well as able to lead an overall outlet.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.

- Minimum 5 years experience in banquet with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Practical and able to plan, organize, lead and train the Banquet team.

- Highly skilled in Chinese cuisines
- Innovative in both food preparation and presentation
- Able to supervise the overall food quality and preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

- Minimum 5 years experience in baking and pastry preparations
- Creative and innovative in both preparation and presentation

Sous Chefs (3 positions) Malay/Chinese/Western |
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
- Specialized in Malay/ Chinese /Western cuisines

Outlet Manager (Café Promenade & Lobby Lounge)

- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years managerial experience in a Food & Beverage Outlet

- Must have a pleasant personality with good communication skills to attend to guests’ requirements & enquiries, complaints and compliments by reacting professionally and following up efficiently.
- Able to converse in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on shifts

- Pleasant disposition with strong integrity
