FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT

Reservation Clerk

  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with good business acumen
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good in mathematical skills.

Business Centre Administrator

  • Pleasant disposition with a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate with good administrative, communication, organising and typing skills

Reception / Concierge

  • Must have a pleasant personality with good communication skills to attend to guests’ requirements, enquiries, complaints and compliments by reacting professionally and following up efficiently.
  • Pleasant disposition with a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARMENT

Director of Food & Beverage

  • Below 45 years of age
  • Minimum 10 years senior managerial experience in a similar senior capacity at an international hotel
  • Result oriented with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to lead and inspire the entire Food & Beverage team
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines

Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage outlet (e.g. Café/Lounge/Pub)
  • Able to plan, organize and implement all concepts to ensure top quality day-to-day operation.
  • Result oriented as well as able to lead an overall outlet.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills.

Food & Beverage Banquet Manager

  • Minimum 5 years experience in banquet with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Practical and able to plan, organize, lead and train the Banquet team.
  • Result oriented and creative.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills

Chinese Sous Chef

  • Highly skilled in Chinese cuisines
  • Innovative in both food preparation and presentation
  • Able to supervise the overall food quality and preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Pastry Sous Chef

  • Minimum 5 years experience in baking and pastry preparations
  • Creative and innovative in both preparation and presentation

Sous Chefs (3 positions) Malay/Chinese/Western

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
  • Specialized in Malay/ Chinese /Western cuisines

Outlet Manager (Café Promenade & Lobby Lounge)

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years managerial experience in a Food & Beverage Outlet
  • Able to plan, organize and implement all concepts to ensure top quality day to day operation.
  • Result oriented and able to lead a team

Banquet Manager (2 positions)

  • Minimum 5 years experience in banquet
  • Able to lead and train the Banquet teams

Captain (Café Promenade / Lobby Lounge / Dynasty Restaurant)

  • At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity in a Food & Beverage Outlet
  • Good in organizing, planning and interpersonal skills.

Hostess (Coffee House / Chinese Restaurant)

  • Must have a pleasant personality with good communication skills to attend to guests’ requirements & enquiries, complaints and compliments by reacting professionally and following up efficiently.
  • Able to converse in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work on shifts

Order Taker (Room Service)

  • Pleasant disposition with strong integrity
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Sales Coordinator

  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Dynamic and result oriented.
  • Preferable multi-lingual including Mandarin & Cantonese.

MARCOM DEPARTMENT

Assistant Communcations Manager / Communications Executives

  • Possess a first class Degree in Mass Commmunication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong editorial skills with a flair for creative writing.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Trainee Corporate Planner

  • Possess a first class Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration.
  • Having interest in marketing, management & administrative policy formulation with ultimate interest to be a corporate planner .
  • Able to work professionally with all level of staff and within a team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English, Malay & Mandarin.

Trainee Human Resources

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Dynamic with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work professionally with all level of staff and within a team.

Management Trainees

  • Degree holders (in Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / Finance / Human Resource Management) who wish to establish and develop a career in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and able to work on shifts
