FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

 Sous Chef
  • Minimum SPM qualification or recognized Diploma in Culinary.
  • Minimum 3 years comprehensive experience in kitchen management and supervision.
  • Must possess excellent supervisory, motivational, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts

 Chef De Partie
  • At least 3 years working experience in the relevant position.
  • Good in planning, organizing and possess strong operations and administrative skills with interest in western and local food preparations.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts .

 Assistant Manager - Coffeehouse
  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years comprehensive experience in similar capacity.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge in both restaurant and kitchen operations.
  • A team player with strong leadership capabilities, superior customer service and possess conflict resolution skills.

 Waiter / Waitress
  • Pleasant disposition.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts.

 Banquet Supervisor / Captain
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage served and service rendered.
  • Hands on with a positive working attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts.

SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT

 Sales Executive
  • Excellent in leadership, planning, organizing and operation skills
  • A team player who is result oriented with the ability to efficiently multi-task within stretched deadlines
  • Extrovert personality with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Possesses a wide network of contacts and has the ability to established new ones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.
