FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

 Sous Chef (Main Kitchen)
  • Maintain a high standard of food preparation, service and hygiene in the respective kitchens, according to the standard required by the management
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an international class hotel.

 Chef De Partie (Main Kitchen)
  • To prepare food items according to the established menus based on standard recipes and set guidelines

 Sous Chef (Chinese Kitchen)
  • Responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine for both restaurant and banquet.
  • Able to manage and motivate staffs.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Chinese cuisine.

 Chef De Partie (Chinese Kitchen)
  • Maintain a high standard of food preparation, service and hygiene according to the standard required by the management
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.

 Assistant Manager - Coffeehouse
  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years comprehensive experience in similar capacity.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge in both restaurant and kitchen operations.
  • A team player with strong leadership capabilities, superior customer service and possess conflict resolution skills.

 Waiter / Waitress
  • Pleasant disposition.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts.

 Banquet Supervisor / Captain
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage served and service rendered.
  • Hands on with a positive working attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts.

SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT
